About the Role
Tabby is seeking an Anti-Fraud Associate to join its team. This full-time role is critical for detecting, investigating, and reporting fraudulent activities, ensuring adherence to SAMA regulations. The Associate will leverage data tools and analytical skills to enhance fraud detection systems and identify emerging fraud patterns, contributing to the continuous improvement of Tabby’s anti-fraud framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze transactions to detect potential fraud or suspicious activities.
- Investigate internal and external fraud incidents and prepare detailed reports.
- Develop and implement fraud detection tools, controls, and preventive measures.
- Collaborate with compliance, legal, and IT teams to address fraud risks.
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend improvements to internal controls.
- Provide training and awareness programs on fraud prevention for employees.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fraud trends, tools, and regulatory updates.
- Assist in responding to regulatory audits or inquiries related to fraud.
- Escalate confirmed fraud cases and work on recovery or enforcement actions.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates for this position should possess 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field. The role requires strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in data tools to effectively identify and mitigate fraud risks.
Skills and Knowledge
- Proficiency in data analysis and fraud detection tools.
- Understanding of SAMA regulations and anti-fraud frameworks.
- Ability to prepare detailed reports and communicate findings effectively.
- Strong collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Commitment to continuous learning regarding fraud trends and regulatory updates.
