The Opportunity: Senior Engineering Manager (Manufacturing)

Almarai is seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager (Manufacturing) to join its dynamic multinational team. This full-time role is critical for leading engineering and maintenance operations within our manufacturing facilities. The position focuses on ensuring maximum plant availability through best-in-class preventive maintenance systems, effective asset management, engineering compliance, and the development of a high-performing, multi-skilled engineering workforce. This role requires 5-10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead engineering and maintenance operations to maximize plant availability.
  • Drive preventive maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement programs.
  • Manage engineering projects, budgets, and resources.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Quality standards.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing engineering team.
  • Oversee utilities, automation, and critical plant systems.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in engineering management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and manage preventive maintenance systems.
  • Experience in asset management and ensuring engineering compliance.
  • Proven leadership skills in developing and managing engineering teams.
