The Opportunity: Senior Engineering Manager (Manufacturing)

Almarai is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager (Manufacturing) to lead engineering and maintenance operations within its manufacturing facilities. This full-time role is critical for ensuring maximum plant availability through the implementation of best-in-class preventive maintenance systems, effective asset management, and adherence to engineering compliance standards. The position also involves developing a high-performing, multi-skilled engineering workforce. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a successful and expanding global business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and maintenance operations to maximize plant availability.
• Drive preventive maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement programs.
• Manage engineering projects, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Quality standards.
• Develop and lead a high-performing engineering team.
• Oversee utilities, automation, and critical plant systems.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience in leading engineering and maintenance operations within manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to implement and manage preventive maintenance systems.
• Experience in asset management and ensuring engineering compliance.
• Track record of developing and leading engineering teams.
