The Opportunity: Senior Engineering Manager

Almarai is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager (Manufacturing) to lead engineering and maintenance operations within its manufacturing facilities. This full-time position is based in Al Kharj, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is critical for ensuring operational excellence and plant availability.

Role Purpose and Strategic Focus

The primary objective of this role is to ensure maximum plant availability through the implementation of best-in-class preventive maintenance systems, effective asset management, and strict engineering compliance. The Senior Engineering Manager will be instrumental in driving reliability and continuous improvement programs, while also overseeing utilities, automation, and critical plant systems. A key aspect of this role involves the development and leadership of a high-performing, multi-skilled engineering workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and maintenance operations to maximize plant availability.
• Drive preventive maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement programs.
• Manage engineering projects, budgets, and resources effectively.

Required Experience
