The Role of Communication Inspector

SGS is seeking a Communication Inspector to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves ensuring compliance with SAUDI ARAMCO requirements and project specifications through various inspection and monitoring activities. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform "Hold", "Witness", and "Surveillance" inspections and tests at manufacturing facilities or construction sites to ensure adherence to SAUDI ARAMCO requirements and project specifications.
• Inspect materials and equipment to verify compliance with SAUDI ARAMCO requirements for proper handling, storage, and protection at facilities and construction sites.
• Monitor Contractor’s Quality Systems, records, and Quality Personnel for compliance with established requirements.
• Review and evaluate the Contractor’s Quality document submittals.
• Witness on-site and off-site material and installation tests to ensure compliance with SAUDI ARAMCO standards.
• Accurately record all controversial and non-complying construction practices, materials, and equipment, reporting potential problems to the supervisor for timely resolution.
• Prepare inspection reports and initiate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Worksheets (WSs), and Equipment Deficiency Reports (EDRs) as required.
• Execute work as planned and scheduled with a professional approach, reporting findings in the specified format.
• Adhere to safety protocols during inspection activities and advise others to work safely.
• Maintain confidentiality requirements for all activities throughout the service period.

Experience and Work Type

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field is required.
• This is a full-time position.
