Role Overview: Corporate & Global Subsidiaries Coverage Originator - VP

Deutsche Bank AG is seeking a Corporate Bank - Corporate & Global Subsidiaries Coverage Originator - VP. This full-time role involves managing and expanding a portfolio of high-value corporate clients within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, aligning with the bank’s strategic objectives. The portfolio primarily includes multinational clients (MNCs), large local corporates, and government-related entities (GREs). The VP serves as the primary relationship manager, delivering the bank’s suite of Corporate Banking products, including Cash Management, Trade Finance, Lending, FX, and Securities Services, while collaborating with Investment Banking and Treasury/Markets divisions. This position requires 1-2 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deepen senior-level relationships with key decision-makers (CFOs, Treasurers, Finance Directors) within the assigned KSA corporate portfolio.
• Maintain and grow the Saudi local coverage profile through active networking and support.
• Drive profitable revenue growth, meeting financial targets for Net Interest Income (NII) and Fee Income through cross-selling and strategic origination.
• Identify and onboard new target clients within the Kingdom, adhering to the bank's risk appetite and strategic focus.
• Ensure, in close cooperation with Global Relationship Management (GRM), that Deutsche Bank is the preferred provider for clients across different geographies and products.
• Act as a full member of Client Service Teams with product teams to ensure smooth execution throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Establish and maintain ‘Know Your Client’ profiles and other required client information in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
• Assist team leaders in forming viable business strategies, implementation plans, and prompt work process adjustments to adapt to market and regulatory changes.

Role Expectations

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for subsidiaries of focus clients, liaising with local Finance Directors/CFOs and treasury teams to become a trusted relationship manager. This involves actively managing and growing the assigned client portfolio across the Corporate Bank product suite, identifying new business opportunities, structuring bespoke financial solutions, and driving their execution. Collaboration with product specialists across Cash, Trade, and FX is required for complex or cross-border transactions. The role demands seamless alignment with Global and Regional Relationship Managers and strict adherence to the Bank’s KYC, AML, and compliance policies.
