As a pivotal member of our team, you will coordinate all aspects of cost capturing, monitoring, and forecasting for assigned projects. Your role is essential in delivering comprehensive cost-control services and financial support, ensuring accurate project cost information management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor, control, and report project costs, maintaining planned and actual cost schedules.
  • Create Budget Transfer Requests as directed, while adhering to departmental policies and procedures.
  • Conduct daily operations to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
  • Develop cost structures that align with budgets, facilitating effective project management.
  • Perform cost analysis and advise management on any cost overruns.
  • Produce weekly job cost reports, and assist in the production of monthly reports.
  • Ensure timely invoicing and review client invoices for variances.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following all relevant safety and quality procedures.

Job Knowledge & Skills:
  • Experience with cost control packages such as CCS (Candy)
  • Familiarity with MS Project and Primavera Scheduling
  • ERP knowledge, preferably SAP

Education:
  • Professional degree in MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering

Job Knowledge & Skills:
  • Knowledge of inventory control principles and skills in managing stock levels, conducting audits, and implementing efficient storage practices.
  • Strong attention to detail to accurately record inventory transactions, inspect incoming goods, and identify discrepancies.
  • Ability to organize and maintain storage areas effectively, ensuring items are properly labeled, shelved, and accessible for easy retrieval.

Job Experience:
