About the Role

Haji Husein Alireza & Co. Ltd. is seeking a Counter Salesman - Retail to join their team. This full-time position involves direct engagement with retail customers to facilitate the sale of genuine spare parts and provide expert product advice.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to retail walk-in customers at the parts counter, accurately identifying MAN genuine spare parts using electronic catalogues, VIN-based lookups, and product knowledge.
• Process over-the-counter parts sales transactions efficiently, including invoicing, payment collection, and system updates, utilizing parts management and point-of-sale systems.
• Provide product advisory services to retail customers on the benefits of MAN genuine parts, alternative part options, maintenance recommendations, and accessories to drive upselling and cross-selling.
• Monitor retail counter stock levels for fast-moving items and coordinate replenishment requests with the Stock Officer to prevent stockouts of high-demand retail parts.
• Maintain an organized and professionally presented parts counter and retail display area, ensuring pricing labels, materials, and product displays adhere to current MAN brand standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar retail sales or parts counter role.
• Demonstrated ability to identify automotive parts accurately using technical tools and product knowledge.
• Proficiency in processing sales transactions and using parts management and point-of-sale systems.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide product advice and drive sales.
• Ability to manage stock levels and coordinate replenishment effectively.

Work Type

This is a full-time position, requiring dedicated presence at the retail parts counter.
