Haji Husein Alireza & Co. Ltd. is seeking a Counter Salesman - Retail to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are ready to engage directly with customers at the parts counter.

Role Overview

The Counter Salesman - Retail will be responsible for serving walk-in customers at the parts counter, ensuring accurate identification and sale of MAN genuine spare parts. This role involves direct customer interaction, sales processing, and maintaining an organized retail display area.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify correct MAN genuine spare parts using electronic catalogues, VIN-based lookups, and product knowledge to ensure accurate part identification and fitment.
• Process over-the-counter parts sales transactions, including invoicing, payment collection, and system updates efficiently using parts management and point-of-sale systems.
• Provide product advisory to retail customers on MAN genuine parts benefits, alternative part options, maintenance, and accessory recommendations to drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Monitor retail counter stock levels for fast-moving items, coordinating replenishment requests with the Stock Control Officer to prevent stockouts on high-demand retail parts.
• Maintain an organized and professionally presented parts counter and retail display area, ensuring pricing labels, materials, and product displays are current and aligned with MAN brand standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a retail sales or counter sales role.
• Ability to use electronic catalogues and VIN-based lookups for part identification.
• Proficiency in processing sales transactions and using point-of-sale systems.

Required Skills

• Strong product knowledge, particularly in automotive parts.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Organizational skills for maintaining counter and display areas.

Work Environment
