CPL Field Specialist

About the Role

Schlumberger is seeking a CPL Field Specialist for a full-time position. This role is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable delivery of PSD services to customers. The CPL Field Specialist identifies opportunities for service improvement, implements standard work procedures, and manages risks during service execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of all job deliverables.
• Execute service delivery operations effectively.
• Participate in job risk analysis and contribute to continual improvement programs.
• Develop and maintain customer contacts to promote company products and services.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards through the implementation of CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
• Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and drive performance improvements using action plans.
• Engage in HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) and Quality initiatives.
• Adhere to HSE policies and consistently wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Maintain all necessary safety training certifications.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 5 to 8 years of field experience in Completions, with a specialization in RMC.

Experience Level

This role requires 5-10 years of professional experience.
