AL Field Specialist

About the Role

Schlumberger is seeking an AL Field Specialist to join their team. This is a full-time position responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable service delivery to customers. The role involves identifying opportunities for improvement and managing risks during service execution.

Role Overview

The AL Field Specialist plays a key role in maintaining high standards of service delivery (PSD). This includes implementing standard work procedures and actively participating in initiatives to enhance service quality and operational safety. The specialist will also engage with customers to promote company offerings and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of job deliverables.
• Execute service delivery operations effectively.
• Participate in job risk analysis and contribute to continual improvement programs.
• Develop and maintain customer contacts to promote company products and services.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards through the implementation of CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
• Engage in Service Quality Meetings with customers and contribute to performance improvement through action plans.
• Participate in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and Quality initiatives.
• Adhere to HSE policies and consistently wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Maintain all necessary safety training certifications.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of relevant experience.
