The Location: Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA

This position is based at the Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay, situated along Saudi Arabia’s northwest coast. The resort features 220 keys, including rooms, suites, and villas with private pools, in addition to 26 branded residential villas, all designed to offer bay and sea views. Amenities include a luxury spa with an Organic Spa Garden, providing therapeutic remedies such as halotherapy, cryotherapy, and advanced skin therapies. For fitness and recreation, the property offers a bespoke collaboration with a fitness trainer, access to 300 hectares of natural terrain for activities like canyoning, hiking, mountain biking, and equestrian trails, and a 27-hole oceanfront golf course.

Role Overview: Director of Food & Beverage

The Director of Food & Beverage at Four Seasons Resort & Residences AMAALA is responsible for leading all food and beverage operations across the resort. This encompasses restaurants, bars, lounges, in-room dining, banquets, and special events. The role focuses on delivering guest experiences, operational excellence, and financial performance, while upholding Four Seasons' luxury service standards and promoting team engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all Food & Beverage operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve departmental revenue, profitability, and operational objectives.
• Manage and mentor Food & Beverage leaders and teams, fostering a culture of excellence, engagement, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure consistent compliance with Four Seasons standards, health and safety regulations, and local legislation.
• Collaborate with Culinary, Rooms, Sales, Marketing, and other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Analyze financial performance, monitor budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Drive innovation in dining concepts, guest programming, menus, and service offerings.
• Oversee hiring, workforce planning, performance management, and talent development initiatives within the division.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality products and efficient operations.
• Champion luxury hospitality standards and contribute to the resort's reputation through memorable experiences.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience in Food & Beverage leadership roles, typically 5-10 years, within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex F&B operations, financial performance, and team development.
• Strong understanding of luxury service standards, health and safety regulations, and local legislation.
• Legal authorization to work in Saudi Arabia at the time of application or eligibility to obtain required work authorization sponsored by the company.

Work Environment and Conditions

This is a full-time position requiring flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, public holidays, and other business-required hours. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background verification, reference checks, and any applicable pre-employment requirements.
