F&B Service Expert (Waiter Saudi Nationals Only)

About the Role

Marriott Executive Apartments is seeking an F&B Service Expert (Waiter) to join their team. This full-time position is open exclusively to Saudi Nationals and focuses on creating memorable dining experiences for guests beyond standard food and beverage service. The role involves proactive guest interaction and a commitment to service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting tables according to established standards.
• Communicating effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Interacting with and serving guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Maintaining cleanliness of work areas and supplies.
• Processing transactions as part of the overall guest experience.

Operational Duties and Physical Requirements

The Guest Service Expert is expected to uphold a safe workplace environment, adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain quality standards. Professional appearance and communication are essential. The role requires physical activity including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and navigating various surfaces. Responsibilities also involve reading and visually verifying menu information, as well as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance. This includes reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping as needed to perform job duties effectively.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or * equivalent.
• Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required for this role.
• License or Certification: None specified.
