About the Role

Sheraton is seeking an F&B Service Expert (Waiter) to join its team in Dammam. This full-time role is open exclusively to Saudi Nationals and requires 0-1 years of experience. The position focuses on creating memorable guest experiences through attentive service and efficient operations within the food and beverage department.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of services to ensure guests enjoy their meal, focusing on creating a memorable experience.
• Set tables and prepare dining areas for service.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff regarding orders and guest requests.
• Interact with and serve guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Clean work areas and maintain supplies according to established standards.
• Manage menu information, including reading and visually verifying details.
• Handle objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing items.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and moving over various surfaces.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping as required by job duties.
