Role Overview: F&B Service Expert

The F&B Service Expert is responsible for delivering comprehensive food and beverage service that creates a memorable experience for guests. This role extends beyond basic service to ensure that every interaction and transaction contributes positively to the guest's overall dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting tables and preparing dining areas for service.
• Communicating effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Interacting with guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages.
• Cleaning and maintaining work areas and supplies to uphold hygiene standards.
• Demonstrating initiative to offer a wide range of services that enhance the guest's meal.
• Ensuring that all service transactions are integrated seamlessly into the guest experience.

Physical Requirements

This role involves various physical demands, including:

• Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
• Navigating sloped, uneven, or potentially slippery surfaces.
• Managing menus, which includes reading and visually checking information.
• Performing tasks that require physical engagement such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds (* kg) without assistance, and up to 50 pounds (* kg) with assistance.
• Reaching for objects overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
