About the Role

Edition is seeking an F&B Service Expert to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on creating a memorable guest experience beyond standard food and beverage service. The F&B Service Expert takes initiative to offer a range of services that enhance the guest's overall experience.

Role Responsibilities

• Setting tables and preparing dining areas.
• Communicating effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Interacting with and serving guests, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Cleaning work areas and storage facilities to maintain hygiene standards.
• Ensuring all transactions contribute positively to the guest experience.
• Maintaining a safe workspace and adhering to company guidelines and procedures.
• Upholding quality standards in all aspects of service.
• Ensuring professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication.
• Reviewing menus and verifying information as needed.
• Performing physical tasks including standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods, moving on varied surfaces, and lifting/carrying objects under 50 pounds without assistance.
• Reaching high places, bending, turning, stretching, and stooping as required by tasks.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant service role.
• Ability to perform physical tasks consistently and effectively to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Commitment to professional appearance and communication standards.
