Field Specialist Drilling Services (MWD/ DD)

About the Role

Baker Hughes is seeking a Field Specialist - Drilling Services (MWD/DD) to join our team. This full-time position involves providing solutions to moderately complex problems at the well site, where analysis requires reviewing various factors. The role focuses on developing proficiency in delivering Logging while Drilling services.

Key Responsibilities

• Reporting on Drilling Services portfolio activities.
• Demonstrating knowledge of Wellbore Placement.
• Applying knowledge of Collision Avoidance Practices in relation to DD & MWD activities.
• Completing advanced technical training and assigned well site development programs.
• Developing proficiency for the delivery of Directional Drilling services at the well site.
• Demonstrating knowledge of Hydraulics and Torque & Drag Simulations.
• Supervising good practices for BHA Handling and making up.
• Demonstrating knowledge of activities and technologies related to well construction, such as Hydraulic Expandable Reamers and Circulation Sub.
• Communicating and facilitating continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 0-1 year of experience in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Eligibility to work without visa sponsorship.
