About the Role

Golden Elite Catering Services (GECS) is seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager. This full-time role involves leading the company's financial operations and supporting strategic business growth within a professional and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Develop and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and cost control initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, including ZATCA, GOSI, WPS, and other statutory requirements.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
• Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Establish and improve financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Support business planning, investment decisions, and operational performance improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification (SOCPA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi financial regulations, taxation, and payroll practices.
• Experience with ERP systems (*, Oracle, SAP, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
