General Cashier (Saudi Only)

About the Role

Sheraton is seeking a General Cashier (Saudi Only) to join their team in a full-time capacity. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and security of financial transactions and records, maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify figures, postings, and documents for accuracy and proper coding.
• Organize, secure, and maintain all financial files, records, cash, and cash equivalents in accordance with company policies.
• Record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial information.
• Classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data using journals, ledgers, and computer systems.
• Complete period-end closing procedures and generate specified reports.
• Conduct periodic audits of cashier banks according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Manage, distribute, and record petty cash, cashier banks, and contracts.
• Document, maintain, communicate, and address all cash variances in line with SOPs.
• Serve as a liaison between the property and armored car services or primary banking institutions.
• Participate in internal, external, and regulatory audit processes, ensuring compliance with SOPs.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience is preferred. The role is open to candidates with 0-1 years of experience.
• Supervisory Experience: Not required.
• License or Certification: None specified.
