Role Summary

The Guest Experience Agent - Saudi National at EDITION is responsible for creating a memorable and unique experience for guests throughout their stay. This full-time role involves taking initiative to deliver a range of services, guiding guests from check-in to check-out, and ensuring operational needs are met while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of services to guide guests through their entire stay.
• Process operational needs and address guest requests efficiently.
• Complete necessary reports and share information about the local area.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of relevant experience.
• Saudi National.
