Guest Experience Agent The EDITION

About the Role

Edition is seeking a Guest Experience Agent to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are dedicated to providing exceptional guest service and ensuring all inquiries and requests are handled efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer, record, and process all guest requests, questions, or concerns through various communication channels including telephone, email, chat, and mobile devices.
• Operate the telephone switchboard, manage guest wake-up call requests, and direct calls to the appropriate extensions.
• Receive, record, and relay messages accurately and promptly.
• Log all guest requests or issues into the computer system, contact relevant departments (*, Bellperson, Housekeeping), and follow up with guests to confirm satisfactory resolution.
• Provide guests with comprehensive information regarding room features, property amenities, and local points of interest.
• Process room service orders, answer menu-related questions, and record transactions using the point-of-sale system.
• Assist guests with internet access and in-room entertainment systems.

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, using appropriate telephone etiquette.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and support team goals.
• Comply with all quality assurance expectations and standards.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to read and visually verify information in various formats.
• Capability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or an entire work shift.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience is required.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required.
• License or Certification: None specified.
