As the Pastry Chef, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our pastry department according to Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards. You will be responsible for managing the production of all pastry and bakery products, contributing to the success of our outlets and banquets, and meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners.

As the Pastry Chef, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our pastry department according to Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards. You will be responsible for managing the production of all pastry and bakery products, contributing to the success of our outlets and banquets, and meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee production for 9 individual outlets, 430 rooms for In Room Dining and Breakfast buffet, along with banqueting space for over 1000 pax.
- Ensure high standards of pastry and dessert quality in both specialty restaurants and banqueting services.
- Function as the Production Manager for the pastry and bakery items.
Qualifications:
- Professional diploma in Food Production with a pastry specialization.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Pastry Chef in large banquet and multi-outlet restaurant operations, or 3+ years as Assistant Pastry Chef in a large Resort.
- Excellent knowledge of French pastry techniques, particularly in viennoiseries and baked goods.
- Creative flair and detail-oriented with strong operational, practical, and administrative skills.
