About the Role

Eram Talent is seeking a Hospitality & Retail Services Specialist to support operations at KAUST in Thuwal, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on managing retail leasing activities and ensuring high standards across hospitality and retail facilities.

Role Context

The specialist will play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of retail and hospitality services within the KAUST campus and along the Thuwal Corniche. This involves direct coordination with tenants and catering providers, alongside regular inspections to uphold operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage retail leasing activities for facilities at KAUST and Thuwal Corniche.
• Coordinate effectively with tenants and catering providers to ensure service delivery.
• Conduct regular inspections of retail and hospitality facilities.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and service standards.
• Support the overall smooth operation of retail and hospitality facilities across the designated areas.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 0-1 years of relevant experience in hospitality or retail operations.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Thuwal, Saudi Arabia, supporting operations within the King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) campus and the Thuwal Corniche.
