The Role of Hostess - Saudi National

We are seeking a Hostess - Saudi National to join our team. This role is integral to creating a memorable and unique dining experience for our guests, focusing on guest service rather than just meal delivery. The Hostess will take initiative to ensure guests enjoy their time with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting tables according to established standards.
• Communicating effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Interacting with and serving guests in a professional manner.
• Cleaning work areas and maintaining supplies.
• Ensuring a safe workplace and adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Upholding quality standards in all aspects of service.
• Maintaining a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of experience in a similar guest service role.
• Ability to take initiative and deliver a range of services to guests.
• Commitment to upholding quality standards and professional conduct.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Capability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Proficiency in reading and visually verifying information, including managing menus.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Capacity to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
