Hostess (Saudi National only)

About the Role

Marriott Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Hostess (Saudi National only) to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are dedicated to providing excellent guest service and maintaining high standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and determine the number in their party.
• Seat guests efficiently by finding clean, available tables, pulling out chairs, and presenting menus.
• Guide guests through dining areas and provide assistance as needed.
• Arrange tables, chairs, and settings, including organizing seating for groups with special needs.
• Ensure place settings are complete with napkins, clean silverware, and other standard items.
• Verify that menus are current, clean, plentiful, and wrinkle-free.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day using clean-as-you-go procedures.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service quality, safety, and guest well-being.
• Follow all company safety and security policies; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management.
• Maintain a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
• Communicate professionally and answer telephones with appropriate etiquette.
• Develop positive working relationships with colleagues and support team goals.
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
