The Housekeeping Attendant performs essential duties to uphold the hotel's standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Stocking carts effectively to ensure readiness for tasks.
• Cleaning guest rooms and public spaces to established high standards.
• Ensuring a safe workplace for all associates and guests.
• Following company policies and procedures diligently.
• Maintaining confidentiality of guest information and hotel operations.
• Upholding quality standards consistently in all tasks.
• Maintaining a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.

Physical Requirements

Candidates for the Housekeeping Attendant position must be capable of performing the following physical tasks:

• Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
• Taking a hands-on approach to work.
• Moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds (* kg) without assistance.
