Role Overview

The HSE Firewatcher is responsible for monitoring work areas for potential fire hazards and implementing preventative measures. This role is critical in maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor designated work areas for fire risks, especially during hot work operations.
• Ensure appropriate fire extinguishing equipment is readily available and in good working condition.
• Respond promptly to any signs of fire or potential fire hazards.
• Communicate effectively with the work team and supervisors regarding safety observations.
• Adhere to all company and regulatory health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar HSE Firewatcher role.
• Demonstrated understanding of fire prevention and safety protocols.
• Ability to identify and mitigate potential hazards effectively.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in the Eastern region of Saudi Arabia. The role requires a commitment to maintaining high safety standards within an industrial setting.
