FieldCore operates as part of GE Vernova’s Gas Power One Field Services team, specializing in the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of power generation equipment to ensure reliable and affordable energy.
The Role of Immigration Analyst
FieldCore is seeking a Full-time Immigration Analyst to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This role functions as a strategic partner to Professionals, Managers, and Directors across multiple functions, external stakeholders, governments, and immigration service providers. The Immigration Analyst will be responsible for leading the successful execution and development of the Immigration Strategy within a specific region or segment, managing a range of highly complex immigration projects to deliver an efficient and lean immigration service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage moderate to highly complex immigration casework with limited supervision, leveraging considerable immigration knowledge.
- Execute moderate to highly complex, sequential projects, considering contingencies and alternative solutions.
- Propose new immigration projects and contribute to the Immigration Strategy and process improvements based on specialized practical immigration expertise.
- Resolve complex immigration problems using established practices, precedents, recognized procedures, and existing solutions, with discretion on significant matters.
- Analyze, plan, and coordinate all requirements of an immigration process, from initial consultation and eligibility assessment to drafting technical advice and documentation preparation, ensuring legal compliance, optimal processing timeliness, and maximum efficiency.
- Provide operational support to Professionals, Managers, and Directors by proactively responding to immigration inquiries, identifying and analyzing existing problems, researching potential solutions, alternatives, and recommended courses of action.
- Serve as a liaison between employees, internal stakeholders, outside immigration counsel, and other immigration service providers, acting as the first point of remediation for any issues.
- Maintain data integrity in accordance with department guidelines by tracking visa, work permit, and residence permit progress through Immigration systems.
- Act as a lead or resource for junior team members to manage work performance.
- Solicit input from stakeholders, vendors, and providers to anticipate changes and improve or create processes that benefit FieldCore.
- Develop training guides and materials to assist other immigration team members and employees with Immigration processes and procedures.
- Manage local relationships, performances, and evaluations of immigration vendors and providers to ensure a clear understanding of company needs and business objectives, and that costs are tracked and reviewed.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of experience in immigration, demonstrating considerable knowledge and specialized practical expertise. This role requires a professional with a proven ability to manage complex immigration processes and lead initiatives.
- Proven experience managing moderate to highly complex immigration casework and projects.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, plan, and coordinate all aspects of immigration processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to propose and implement process improvements.
- Experience serving as a liaison between multiple stakeholders, including employees, counsel, and service providers.
- Ability to maintain data integrity and develop training materials.
- Experience in vendor management and performance evaluation.
Work Environment and Conditions
This is a Full-time position based in Saudi Arabia. The role involves working under limited supervision and may require travel.
