كيلوج براون اند روت is seeking an Instrument Technician I to join its team. This full-time role is critical for ensuring the reliability and availability of instrument assets, thereby maintaining the operational efficiency of process units.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate the activities of the maintenance technician team, ensuring compliance with preventive maintenance plans and efficient breakdown maintenance on Instrument systems, equipment, and facilities.
• Oversee the execution of monthly and weekly maintenance plans, controlling progress and submitting regular reports.
• Provide onsite maintenance and repairs for various instruments, including generators, transformers, and motors, ensuring adherence to standards, specifications, safety procedures, manufacturer recommendations, and contract terms.
• Coordinate daily Instrument maintenance activities performed by technicians across all Instrument systems, plant, equipment, and facilities within the designated area. This role serves as the focal point for the daily Instrument maintenance execution plan.
• Conduct frequent site visits to monitor work execution and technician activities during routine maintenance.
• Track Instrument maintenance work progress, submit regular reports with recommendations to the Instrument foreman, and maintain records of daily maintenance against planned programs, preparing work completion reports as needed.
• Assist in implementing engineering modifications and enhancements to Instrument equipment by providing recommendations to improve system suitability and serviceability.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in Oil & Gas maintenance.
• Strong technical understanding of maintenance management within Oil & Gas Facilities.
• Proven leadership skills within large organizations.
• Experience required: 5-10 years.

Work Environment and Travel

The role requires flexibility for international travel and living in KSA. The position is full-time, and the salary will be disclosed during the hiring process.
