Investor Relations (IR) Analyst

About the Role

Saudi Aramco | أرامكو السعودية is seeking an Investor Relations (IR) Analyst to join its Investor Relations team. This full-time role involves coordinating the development of the Company’s Earnings Call presentation, including corporate messaging, financial performance analysis, and articulation. The position requires over 10 years of experience.

The Investor Relations Team

The IR team is responsible for delivering best-in-class investor engagement practices, leading internal collaboration to support capital market activities, and building team capabilities. The IR Analyst will contribute to these objectives by managing key investor communications and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with external stakeholders by communicating company strategy and performance to investors and analysts.
• Lead and facilitate the crafting of investor communications with senior management and internal stakeholders.
• Gather and share feedback from capital markets, benchmark best practices, and monitor analyst reports.
• Organize and deliver investor-targeted events.
• Serve as a leading expert within the IR organization and contribute to the development and execution of the IR plan.
• Lead the preparation and execution of Earnings Calls and other investor events, including slide presentations, Q&A documents, and event logistics.
• Contribute to the delivery of IR responsibilities, such as sell-side research monitoring, investor communication development, IR website and digital media management, and event preparation.
• Maintain close contact with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of corporate communication messaging.
• Work cross-functionally with corporate communications, legal, finance, public relations, and other internal functions.

Minimum Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in a publicly traded company, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Demonstrated strategic, corporate finance, and accounting skills, including the ability to evaluate both company and industry information.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, project management, and organizational skills.
• Proven track record of offering innovative solutions to complex issues.
• Excellent communication skills, with demonstrated ability to produce and deliver high-quality reports and presentations to senior-level internal and external audiences.
• Relationship management and leadership skills, including the ability to effectively influence internal and external stakeholders across all organizational levels.
• Ability to successfully manage complex, unstructured, and unexpected public questioning.
