Investor Relations Specialist

About the Role

Saudi Aramco | أرامكو السعودية is seeking an Investor Relations Specialist to join its Investor Relations team. This full-time role involves coordinating the development of the Company’s Earnings Call presentation, including corporate messaging, financial performance analysis, and articulation, alongside other core investor relations activities.

The Investor Relations Team

The Investor Relations team is responsible for implementing best-in-class investor engagement practices, leading internal collaboration to support capital market activities, and building team capabilities. The specialist will contribute to these objectives by managing key communications and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with external stakeholders by communicating company strategy and performance to investors and analysts.
• Lead and facilitate the crafting of investor communications with senior management and internal stakeholders.
• Gather and share feedback from capital markets, benchmark best practices, monitor analyst reports, and organize investor-targeted events.
• Serve as an expert within the IR organization and contribute to the development and execution of the IR plan.
• Lead the preparation and execution of Earnings Calls and other investor events, including slide presentations, Q&A documents, and event logistics.
• Contribute to IR responsibilities such as sell-side research monitoring, investor communication development, IR website and digital media management, and event preparation.
• Maintain close contact with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of corporate communication messaging.
• Work cross-functionally with corporate communications, legal, finance, public relations, and other internal functions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a relevant discipline from a recognized program.
• A relevant professional license is preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting, finance, strategy, equity research, fund management, and/or investment banking, including financial analysis and capital markets.
• Experience in a publicly traded company, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry.

• Ability to successfully manage complex, unstructured, and unexpected public questioning.
