About the Role of Investor Relations Officer

Dnaneer Financing is seeking an Investor Relations Officer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves engaging with investors and preparing essential investor materials. The position requires 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing investor materials for various stakeholders.
• Engaging with institutional investors.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in investor relations, FinTech, corporate finance, debt capital markets, equity research, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in preparing investor materials and engaging with institutional investors.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in licensed financing companies, crowdlending, or alternative lending platforms is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) regulations and CMA disclosure requirements is strongly preferred.
