Investor Relations Manager

About the Role

Caliberly is seeking an experienced Investor Relations Manager to join their team in Dammam. This is a full-time position focused on developing and managing the investor relations function. The role requires strong expertise in capital markets and engagement with institutional investors, particularly within a newly established function.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the investor relations function from its inception.
• Engage effectively with institutional investors.
• Work closely with senior leadership to align investor relations strategies.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Investor Relations and Capital Markets.
• Prior experience within the Oil & Gas sector is preferred.
• Previous exposure to IPO preparation is highly advantageous.
• Experience with Tadawul-listed companies is beneficial.
• Familiarity with CMA regulations is a strong asset.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and manage an investor relations function.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
