Investor Relations & Fundraising Manager

About the Role

Uplift People Consulting is seeking an Investor Relations & Fundraising Manager for a full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role supports a Saudi space technology client that specializes in Earth observation and satellite data solutions, leveraging advanced analytics to provide practical insights. The Investor Relations & Fundraising Manager will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to support fundraising initiatives and investor engagement as the company prepares for its next growth phase.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on position that combines investor communications, financial analysis, presentation preparation, and process coordination. The successful candidate will ensure the accuracy of investor materials, maintain current financial information, and manage follow-up actions. The role involves working with senior leadership and strategic advisors to support established investor relationships and execute the day-to-day fundraising process.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate investor meeting preparations, document action points, and manage follow-ups.
• Maintain an investor pipeline tracker, covering communications, information requests, next steps, and deadlines.
• Prepare and update pitch decks, investor presentations, briefing notes, and supporting materials.
• Refine and maintain an existing financial model by incorporating business inputs, updating assumptions, and supporting scenario analysis.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather and validate financial, commercial, and operational information.
• Maintain fundraising documentation and data room content, supporting responses to investor due diligence requests.
• Prepare investor updates and ensure consistency across financial models, presentations, and other communications.
• Research relevant markets, comparable companies, and investment trends to support investor discussions.
• Support the COO during investor meetings and occasional business travel, including presenting selected materials when required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Approximately 4–6 years of relevant experience in investor relations, corporate finance, investment banking, fundraising support, venture capital, or startup finance.
• Practical experience preparing investor-facing materials and supporting fundraising or transaction processes.
• Strong financial analysis skills and the ability to understand, update, and refine financial models.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate financial and business information clearly.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through across multiple stakeholders.
• Sound judgment when handling confidential information.
• A proactive, adaptable approach and willingness to take ownership of detailed execution work.
• Ability to be present in Jeddah for at least 50–60% of working time.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with technology startups, deep tech, space, or aerospace.
• Exposure to equity fundraising, investor due diligence, and data room management.
• Familiarity with the Saudi and wider GCC investment ecosystem.

Work Location

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with a requirement to be present in Jeddah for at least 50–60% of working time.
