About the Role
Napco National is seeking a Sales Executive to join its team in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience looking to develop a career in sales within the consumer goods sector. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of Napco National's product range to assigned customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to market growth.
In this role, you will focus on maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and executing sales strategies within your designated territory. This position offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in sales, customer service, and market analysis within a leading company.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell the company's product range to assigned customers and report on competitive activities.
- Ensure the correct implementation of planograms in customer locations.
- Process special order requests to meet customer needs.
- Collect payments for invoices in accordance with the company's aging policy.
- Prepare necessary documentation for call cycles and business reviews prior to market visits.
- Identify and report potential new customers in the assigned area to the team leader.
- Actively pursue sales opportunities with all potential customers.
- Address and report customer complaints to the sales team leader.
- Present customer orders to the team leader and manage daily collections for the distributor or accountant.
- Issue return forms for defective products, obtaining necessary approval before processing.
- Report any unresolved problems or objections encountered to the sales team leader.
- Review customer account reconciliations quarterly and obtain customer signatures.
- Conduct inventory checks during each visit, covering both warehouses and shelves.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum High School degree.
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar and related field.
