About the Role

ASMO is seeking an IT Infrastructure Management Associate to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on contributing to the planning, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure, including cloud environments. The Associate will play a key role in ensuring robust and efficient technology operations.

Role Overview

The IT Infrastructure Management Associate collaborates with various stakeholders, including members across Technology and other business units, to align IT infrastructure strategies and plans with ASMO's overarching goals. This role involves active participation in the lifecycle management of critical IT systems, from initial setup to ongoing performance monitoring and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure proper installation, configuration, and integration of infrastructure components, including cloud services, servers, networks, storage, database systems, and virtualization technologies.
  • Prepare and submit periodic reports detailing overall infrastructure performance.
  • Participate actively in testing and validation activities to ensure the successful deployment of IT infrastructure solutions.
  • Utilize monitoring tools and techniques to track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify potential bottlenecks or issues, and initiate appropriate actions to maintain optimal infrastructure performance.
  • Analyze and diagnose infrastructure-related issues, coordinate with relevant support teams or vendors, and implement effective corrective measures.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 0-1 years of experience in IT infrastructure management or a related field.

Required Skills and Attributes

  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing infrastructure issues.
  • Proficiency in using monitoring tools and techniques.
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure components such as cloud, servers, networks, storage, and database systems.
