IT Infrastructure Administrator

About the Role

Fakeeh Care Group is seeking an IT Infrastructure Administrator to join their team in Makkah. This full-time role involves managing and optimizing IT infrastructure components, ensuring system performance and availability. The position is open to candidates with 0-1 years of experience, offering an opportunity to contribute to critical IT operations within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage server, storage, virtualization, and network environments, both on-premises and in cloud platforms.
• Monitor system performance, capacity, and availability to ensure optimal uptime and operational efficiency.
• Implement infrastructure automation, configuration management, and monitoring solutions to streamline operations.
• Manage virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, or equivalent technologies.
• Deploy and manage workloads in cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, and GCP, focusing on cost efficiency and security.
• Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, and various routing protocols.
• Collaborate with security teams to implement best practices, including patching, access control, and compliance standards.
• Implement and manage backup solutions, replication, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Participate in business continuity planning and execution to ensure resilience.
• Work closely with applications, DBA, and support teams to deliver reliable IT services.
• Maintain detailed infrastructure documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and architecture diagrams.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 0-1 years of experience in IT infrastructure administration or a related field.
• Demonstrated understanding of server, storage, virtualization, and networking concepts.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is preferred.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires collaboration with various IT teams and adherence to established IT service delivery standards.
