Laundry Valet Attendant

About the Role

Luxury Collection is seeking a Laundry Valet Attendant to join their team. This full-time position is responsible for providing excellent guest service by assisting with laundry and clothing needs, ensuring timely and safe delivery to guestrooms. The role requires a flexible schedule and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service and appearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with the safe unloading of their items.
• Deliver laundry and clothing directly to guestrooms.
• Respond promptly to requests from guests, the Front Desk, or At Your Service.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of laundry and dry cleaning.
• Complete all valet tickets accurately to ensure proper handling of items.
• Coordinate all necessary repairs with appropriate personnel and arrange for pick-up and delivery upon completion.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, ensuring a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
• Communicate professionally and clearly with others, prepare accurate written documents, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships, support team goals, and respond appropriately to employee concerns.
• Comply with all quality assurance expectations and standards.
• Perform physical tasks including reaching, bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, grasping, turning, manipulating objects, and lifting or carrying objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or * equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience is preferred.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required for this role.
• License or Certification: None specified.
