About the Role

Integrated Personnel Services Limited is seeking a Lead Process Engineer Air Separation Unit (ASU) to join their team in the Eastern region. This full-time role requires extensive experience in Air Separation Units and cryogenic processes, focusing on engineering leadership and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities and Expertise

The Lead Process Engineer will be responsible for applying strong hands-on experience across various critical ASU components and processes. This includes involvement in commissioning, start-up, performance guarantee testing, and troubleshooting of ASU systems. A key aspect of the role will also involve optimizing Molecular Sieve regeneration cycles.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering.
• Over 10 years of experience in a relevant field.

Technical Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with High-Pressure Air Compressors, Molecular Sieve Adsorption & Dehydration Systems, Turboexpanders, Brazed Aluminum Heat Exchangers, Cryogenic Distillation Columns, and Cold Box Systems.
• Experience with Liquid Oxygen/Nitrogen Storage and Vaporization Systems.
• Hands-on experience in ASU Commissioning, Start-up, Performance Guarantee Testing, and Troubleshooting.
• Experience optimizing Molecular Sieve regeneration cycles.
• Proficiency in Aspen HYSYS or PRO/II for cryogenic air separation process simulation.
• Strong knowledge of compressed gases, cryogenic fluids, oxygen compatibility, and fire hazard management.
• Experience with Linde, Air Liquide, Air Products, or equivalent ASU technologies is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of HAZOP, EPC, Detailed Design, Debottlenecking, and Process Optimization is an advantage.
