About the Role

Hill International, Inc. is seeking a Management Specialist to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on comprehensive contract management, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and supporting project stakeholders throughout the contract lifecycle. The specialist will play a key role in maintaining robust contract documentation and adherence to company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate contract documents to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions to secure favorable terms for the company while minimizing risk.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain contract templates and standard operating procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to project managers and other stakeholders on contract-related matters.
  • Monitor and track contract performance, including deliverables, milestones, and payments.
  • Identify and mitigate contract risks, proposing solutions to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date contract files and documentation.
  • Support the management of the contract lifecycle from initiation to closeout, including modifications and extensions.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in contract management.
  • Collaborate with legal counsel as necessary to resolve complex contract issues.
  • Ensure continued compliance with relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals, and Procedures within Hill International.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess over 10 years of experience in a relevant field, demonstrating a strong background in contract management and related responsibilities.
