Join SAIC as a Tactical Data Link EngineerSAIC is seeking a Subject Matter Expert in Link 16 to support the Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position is contingent upon award news expected in December 2025.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical expertise in the design, implementation, and maintenance of Link 16 systems, focusing on MIDS/JTRS, LVT 1, and LVT 2 hardware.
- Develop an understanding of Link 16 network creation and the components necessary for this.
- Conduct thorough analysis and troubleshooting to resolve issues with Link 16 systems.
- Implement strategies for system optimization, performance improvement, and risk mitigation.
- Perform system testing and ensure compliance with standards and security requirements.
- Prepare technical documentation, including system specifications and operational procedures.
- Collaborate for certification and compliance processes with JITC.
Qualifications:- Three+ years of experience with C4I Tactical Data Link systems, such as Link-11, Link-16, and Link-22.
- Bachelor's degree in a Technical field related to Engineering or Science.
- US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a US SECRET security clearance.
Desired Experience:- Three+ years with NAVWAR prime mission products.
- Interaction with USG and foreign senior military/government officials.
- Completion of DISAM SCM courses and certification.
