About the Role

ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Al-Jubail is seeking a Director, Talent Development to provide strategic leadership and oversight for all learning, technical, and Saudi talent development initiatives across the organization. This full-time role is based in Al Jubail.

Role Purpose and Context

The Director, Talent Development is accountable for building a future-ready workforce. This involves aligning talent development strategies with business objectives, Saudi national workforce priorities, and industry standards. The role ensures the integration, consistency, and effectiveness of various development programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership, governance, and oversight for all learning initiatives.
• Lead technical development programs.
• Oversee Saudi talent development initiatives.
• Align talent development strategies with business objectives.
• Ensure talent development strategies meet Saudi national workforce priorities.
• Adhere to industry standards in talent development.
• Ensure integration, consistency, and effectiveness across Learning & Development, Saudi Talent Development, and Technical Development.
• Maintain strong governance and budget management.
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental standards.
