About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Review Employer's Requirements, Technical Specifications, Contract documents, and Design Basis.
• Establish and review the Process Design Basis (PDB).
• Develop and review various process documents and calculations, including:
  • Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs)
  • Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
  • Mass Balance
  • Water Balance
  • Hydraulic Profile
  • Chemical Balance
  • Process calculations
  • Equipment sizing calculations
  • Tank sizing
  • Pump sizing and duty calculations
  • Membrane system calculations
  • Chemical dosing calculations
  • Sludge generation calculations
  • Air requirement calculations
  • Energy consumption calculations
• Define process design criteria for each treatment unit.
• Review process guarantees and performance requirements.
• Ensure process design consistency with applicable standards and regulations.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience in process design and engineering. A strong understanding of treatment processes and related calculations is essential for this role.
