About the Role

Larsen & Toubro is seeking a Manager Process to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves overseeing and developing comprehensive treatment process designs, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and regulatory standards. The role requires a professional with 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

The Manager Process will be responsible for reviewing, developing, and approving the overall treatment process design. This includes a range of critical tasks to ensure robust and compliant process solutions.

• Reviewing Employer's Requirements, Technical Specifications, Contract documents, and Design Basis.
• Establishing and reviewing the Process Design Basis (PDB).
• Developing and reviewing various process documents and calculations, including:
  • Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs)
  • Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
  • Mass Balance and Water Balance
  • Hydraulic Profile and Chemical Balance
  • Process calculations and Equipment sizing calculations
  • Tank sizing, Pump sizing and duty calculations
  • Membrane system calculations and Chemical dosing calculations
  • Sludge generation calculations, Air requirement calculations, and Energy consumption calculations
• Defining process design criteria for each treatment unit.
• Reviewing process guarantees and performance requirements.
• Ensuring process design consistency with applicable standards and regulations.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in process design and engineering, with a proven ability to manage complex technical documentation and calculations. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to regulatory compliance are essential for success in this role.
