Your Mission
As our Market Manager – GCC, you will play a key role in establishing and expanding our footprint in the region, building strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients. Your goal will be to oversee account management, business development, and partnerships to drive growth and ensure seamless travel services.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow market share in the GCC region.
  • Identify and build relationships with key travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients.
  • Promote our travel packages, MICE services, and tailor-made experiences.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and business meetings across the region.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to optimize offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, product development, and marketing) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with partners.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and business development opportunities.

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: Minimum 35 years in sales, business development, or account management within the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the GCC travel market, client preferences, and cultural nuances.
  • Skills: Excellent sales, negotiation, and networking abilities. Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic. Ability to work independently and drive results.
  • Education: Degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel within the GCC region for business development activities.
