The Role: KSA National - Senior Project Manager

Horizontal Digital is seeking a KSA National - Senior Project Manager to lead full lifecycle digital transformation projects. This full-time role involves managing projects from inception through implementation, utilizing agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide agile project management oversight for multiple projects, including defining objectives, scope, estimates, timelines, and effort levels.
• Develop project strategies and plans, identifying necessary methods and tools.
• Ensure projects remain on track and within budget while addressing client issues.
• Monitor project progress and budget against established plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to offer technical advice and resolve problems.
• Manage project scope by coordinating and responding to change requests from original specifications.
• Ensure quality through planning, execution, quality assurance, and quality control techniques.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks to maximize results and minimize negative consequences.
• Work with end users, business technologists, and stakeholders to understand and prioritize business goals and information needs, then develop system requirements and design specifications.
• Direct efforts to refine conceptual systems design requirements into technical designs.
• Provide solutions, leadership, and motivation to project team members.
