About the Role

Fengkai Group Co., Limited is seeking a PHD Peer Reviewer specializing in Spectroscopy. This is a long-term, stable part-time position that supports remote work, based in Saudi Arabia. The role involves critical evaluation of scientific manuscripts to ensure quality and integrity within the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess the novelty and originality of submitted manuscripts, determining if they contribute new knowledge or insights to the field of study.
• Evaluate the study design and methodology for appropriateness, comprehensiveness, and clarity to ensure reproducibility of research.
• Conduct thorough literature reviews to confirm that manuscripts incorporate and cite relevant, up-to-date research.
• Analyze results and conclusions to verify clear presentation, data support, and significance to the field.
• Provide constructive feedback, suggesting improvements and highlighting any flaws, omissions, or ethical concerns.
• Formulate publication recommendations to journal editors based on comprehensive evaluations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A in a relevant scientific discipline with a specialization in Spectroscopy.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in academic research or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in peer review processes and scientific manuscript evaluation.
