ABANA Enterprises Group Co. is seeking a Product Manager to join its team. This full-time role is focused on managing and developing a portfolio of technology products and solutions within the banking industry.

Role Overview

The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing technology products and solutions across various domains, including AI, IoT, Video Analytics, Security, and Smart Solutions. This position acts as a central point of contact, bridging communication and coordination between vendors, partners, Sales, Presales, Professional Services, Development, and Support teams. Key areas of focus include product evaluation, vendor relationship management, integration efforts, and internal product enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage products throughout their lifecycle, tracking roadmaps and updates.
• Understand product capabilities, use cases, and requirements.
• Maintain communication with vendors and technology partners.
• Coordinate product demonstrations, Proofs of Concept (POCs), training sessions, and technical support.
• Support Presales and technical teams with product compatibility and integration matters.
• Assist with product testing, POCs, and validation processes.
• Provide product and technical support to Sales and Presales teams.
• Support presentations, demos, RFP/RFQ responses, and solution comparisons.
• Provide product knowledge, training, and resources to internal teams.
• Maintain product documentation, presentations, and FAQs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
• Identify new products, potential partnerships, and opportunities for product improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Solution Management, Business Analysis, or a similar technology-focused role.
• Experience working with vendors or technology partners is preferred.
