About the Role

Lamprell is seeking a PTW Coordinator to join our team in Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for professionals with 5-10 years of experience. The role requires candidates who are available to commence work at short notice.

Role Overview

The PTW Coordinator will be responsible for managing and overseeing the Permit-to-Work system to ensure all work activities are conducted safely and in compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. This position is critical for maintaining operational safety standards within the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer the Permit-to-Work (PTW) system, ensuring all permits are correctly issued, managed, and closed.
• Coordinate with various departments to facilitate the smooth processing of work permits.
• Conduct regular audits of the PTW system to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide training and guidance to personnel on PTW procedures and requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of all permits and related documentation.
• Participate in incident investigations related to permit violations or safety breaches.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the oil & gas or heavy industrial sector.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and implementing Permit-to-Work systems.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices.

Required Skills

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in relevant software and documentation tools.
