Resource & Infrastructure Engineer

About the Role

Saudi Air Navigation Services is seeking a Resource & Infrastructure Engineer to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on optimizing the allocation and utilization of R&D resources, technical infrastructure, laboratories, and facilities to support research, development, and innovation projects. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure effective resource planning, infrastructure readiness, and compliance with industry standards. The Resource & Infrastructure Engineer will also be responsible for data-driven decision-making and supporting the Innovation Head in budgeting and reporting, all in alignment with established KPIs, approved budgets, and adopted policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize the allocation and utilization of R&D resources.
• Manage technical infrastructure, laboratories, and facilities to support innovation projects.
• Ensure effective resource planning and infrastructure readiness.
• Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Support data-driven decision-making processes.
• Assist the Innovation Head with budgeting and reporting activities.
• Align all activities with established KPIs, approved budgets, and adopted policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of relevant experience.
• A strong understanding of resource optimization and infrastructure management principles.
• Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements.
